There will be opportunities to share your ideas, practices, and modifications with each other and to learn from the collective experience of other teachers who have the unique opportunity to teach in small rural schools. We will use a problem of practice protocol to share struggles and to ask and receive support from like-minded teachers. This will be an active experience where teachers can build relationships with other teachers.
